SPORTING OKLAHOMA RECREATIONAL LEAGUE (SORL)List Item 1
(AGES U4 - U12)
The Sporting Oklaohma Recreational League shall be primarily devoted to early engagement, enjoyment and development of the basic foundations of players ages U4 through U12. This program provides an opportunity for players to have fun, learn the sport and develop a lifelong interest in the game of soccer. Recreational teams are coached by volunteers; however, training curriculum will be provided by the Director of Player Development and Academy Director.

ACADEMY JUNIORS PROGRAMList Item 2
(AGES U5 - U6)
The Academy Juniors Program is offered as both an alternative and a complimentary program to the Recreational Program and provides for advanced development of players ages U5 through U6. The program focuses on developing the fundamentals of dribbling and shooting through technical training sessions and 2 v 2 festival-style play. This program is designed for any player interested in further developing age-appropriate fundamental skills, while having fun and scoring goals! Academy Juniors are coached by staff coaches working within a club-wide curriculum developed by the Director of Player Development and Academy Director.

ACADEMY PROGRAMList Item 3
(AGES U7 - U10)
The Academy Program is offered as an alternative to the Recreational Program and provides an opportunity for advanced development of players ages U7 through U10. The program focuses on developing advanced technical and tactical skills in a competitive training and playing environment. This program is designed for the player with a high level of commitment to their soccer development and requires a greater commitment of time and financial resources than the Recreational Program. Academy teams are coached by staff coaches working within a club-wide curriculum developed by the Director of Player Development and Academy Director.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAMList Item 4
(AGES U11 - U19)
The Competitive Program is offered for players who desire a highly competitive level of play, with a focus on advanced long-term development of players ages U11 through U19 and an emphasis on creating opportunities for players to play collegiately and/or professionally after leaving the club. This program is designed for the player with the highest level of commitment to their soccer development and requires a greater commitment of time and financial resources than the Academy Program. Competitive teams shall be coached by licensed staff coaches working within a club-wide curriculum developed by the Director of Player Development.

COLLEGE PLACEMENT
The College Placement Program is offered for players ages U13 through U19 who wish to play at the collegiate level. Participation in the program is included, at no additional cost, with registration in our Competitive Program. With a focus on educating players and parents about the college recruitment process, the program is designed to provide information, resources, and guidance intended to maximize the number of potential opportunities select players may have to play collegiately.

GOALKEEPING PROGRAM
(AGES U8 - U19)
The Goalkeeping Program is offered to Recreational, Academy and Competitive Program players ages U8 through U19. The program is focused on developing the technical, tactical, mental and physical attributes necessary for each player to reach their maximum potential as a goalkeeper. This program is designed and implemented by the Director of Goalkeeping. The cost of this program is included in the fees for Academy and Competitive Program participants, but is an additional cost for Recreational Program Participants.

CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
(AGES U4 - U19)
The Center of Excellence Program provides age appropriate, selective training for the most promising and/or elite players in every age group, with a focus on technical skill training and small group play. The purpose of the Center of Excellence is to provide comprehensive training curriculum designed to assist with growth of the individual skillset of each player. This program is intended for the most committed players and is offered at an additional cost.

SKILLS CLINICS PROGRAM
(AGES U4-U12)
The Skills Clinics Program is designed for players ages U4 through U12 who wish to further develop an existing skill set through an age appropriate progressive model of training focused on ball mastery, control, passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting and juggling. Skills Clinics are staffed by licensed coaches working within a curriculum provided by the Director of Coaching. The cost of in-season programs are included in the fees for Academy and Competitive Program participants, but are an additional cost for Recreational Program Participants. The cost of the off-season program is not included as part of the fees for Academy and Competitive Program participants.

SPEED, AGILITY & STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
(AGES U9 - U19)
The Speed, Agility and Strength Training Program focuses on the physical aspects of player development with an emphasis on developing the rhythm, stability and dynamic coordination required for players to put their body into positions of balance, quickness or bursts of power as needed. This program has been developed by a Certified Speed and Agility Specialist for players U9 through U19.

OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)
The US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP) was formed in 1977 to identify a pool of players in each age group from which a National Team will be selected for international competition. The purpose of the Olympic Development Program is to provide high-level training to benefit and enhance the development of players at all levels and, through the use of carefully selected and licensed coaches, develop a mechanism for the exchange of ideas and curriculum to improve all levels of coaching.
