The manual is intended to be updated regularly to reflect the changing conditions of the operations of Sporting Oklahoma. The purpose of the Policy and Procedure Manual of Sporting Oklahoma is to support the bylaws of the organization, serve as a resource for individuals actively engaged in the organization and provide governing guidance to the Administration.
